Disclaimer
A deposit of $500.00 or more is required to hold any vehicles for up to 7 days. This allows the buyer time to view the vehicle and make a final decision within these 7 days. After the first 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. By placing a deposit on a vehicle, the buyer is entering into a contract with the seller.
A deposit will place the vehicle on hold for no longer than 30 days. The vehicle must be paid in full within this time frame. If no other payment is received within 60 days of receipt of deposit, the vehicle will be put back on the market. You will incur a $50.00 per day storage fee after the first 30 days. ( no exception unless in writing by Don Whitfield owner).
When paying by personal checks, cars or parts will be held until check is cleared by our bank.(No exception) Any variation in this policy must be agreed upon by Don Whitfield in writing.
